Before you come in.
How do I book an ultrasound or X-ray?
Call or WhatsApp 80574 08614. We will give you a time and tell you about any preparation, such as a full bladder or fasting.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Fasting blood sugar and lipid profile need 10 to 12 hours of fasting (water is allowed). An upper abdomen ultrasound needs about 6 hours. Most other tests need no fasting. The Services page lists preparation for each test.
What should I bring?
Your doctor's prescription, any earlier reports or scans, and a list of the medicines you take.
Is the Blood Centre open at night?
Yes. The Blood Centre works 24 hours a day. For an urgent requirement call 0591-3598163.
Who can donate blood?
Healthy adults aged 18 to 65 who weigh at least 45 kg and have a haemoglobin of 12.5 g/dL or more. Men can donate every 3 months and women every 4 months.
